See Examples of Cannon and Horse Carriage Restorations
We should point out, we're not a firearms dealer nor are we in the business of building cannons, but as an example of skill and diversity, Stanley built these full scale and miniature artillery pieces as both a self-challenge and as working examples of historic artillery. Artisans will produce or restore cannon carriages for museums and reenactment groups. See some of our restoration work on a French artillery piece at Monmouth Battlefield State Park (Cannon Restoration)
Loaded up in the back of Eric's old 1991 Dodge Dakota (his truck in high school) we can see how people will soon fear drive by cannon shootings - so please note that Event Permits are Required for cannon demonstrations.
Artisans restoration and conservation services are available for historic projects involving military equipment, artillery pieces, firearms, leather goods, tools, and wooden artifacts. All pieces featured here are reproductions including this 1.5lb field piece featured below. The three miniature cannons were experiments built for fun, although they will fire a live 50 caliber round and are as dangerous as a black powder pistol. Fascinating for demonstration purposes, these examples illustrate the process of operating a full-scale piece. Don't miss our Military Restorations Section to see this M60-A3 Main Battle Tank receive a little care and attention!
